Euroblog2007.org: Social Software - A Revolution for Communication? Implications and Challenges for Communication Management and PR.
409 PR professionals from all over Europe participated in the second major online survey of (24 European countries, BA/Bsc=31%, MA/Msc=31%, MBA=7%, 12% from Education & Academia) dealing with the way blogs and social software are changing organisational practice.
"The survey, co-ordinated by the European Public Relation Education and Research
Association (Euprera), builds a
comprehensive picture of the impact of weblogs, podcasts, RSS, video-
and picture-sharing". The results were presented at the EuroBlog 2007 Symposium
in Ghent (Belgium) on March 16-18th, 2006.
What is particulary interesting is that the survey shows a dramatic
increase from the survey published in 2006 in the use of social
